Product Description
During the machine tool processing, constant-temperature coolant is sprayed at high pressure onto the front end of the tool through the center hole of the spindle to cool the tool and the workpiece, and at the same time wash away the chips, thereby ensuring the processing accuracy and efficiency. This system mainly consists of a spindle central water outlet system and an immersion chiller. On the basis of the common central water outlet system, it adds a cooling and filtration link to deal with the heat, chips and impurities generated during processing.
